Register interest

Once you’ve found the right home, you may register your interest or sign the rental agreement online. Then, we will contact you to schedule a move-in date.

When you are ready to move in we make sure to give you a tour of the facilities. We provide manuals for all the included equipment, inform you about the comfort rules and answer your questions.

Hur hyr jag en lägenhet?

The easiest way to rent a corporate apartment is to use our residence explorer to find the right unit for you. Then, you can choose to either sign the rental agreement online or to register your interest in the apartment. If you sign the agreement online, then we will review the agreement, check its validity and sign it back.

How much does it cost to book an apartment?

To register your interest or to search for apartments is free of charge. However, once you rent an apartment you are expected to pay for the monthly rent. The prices vary depending on size and location. När du väl hyr en lägenhet betalar du månadshyran för lägenheten. Priserna varierar beroende på storlek och läge.

Is it allowed to live with a friend, cohabitant or similar?

If you wish to live with a cohabitant it's permitted if you inform us about it first. If this is the case, we need the contact information for your cohabitant. It is not allowed to sublet the apartment.

Can I do laundry in the apartment?

The majority of our apartments are equipped with functional washers and dryers. In case washers and dryers are missing, then the properties are equipped with laundry rooms which are available to all tenants.

How do you manage the keys?

When you are ready to move into your new home, we will meet you on site to make sure you get a proper introduction. On site, we will hand over the keys along with a receipt which you need to sign.
