Privacy Policy

We value your integrity and the trust you have in us. Therefore, we are well aware of the importance of treating our visitors and customers data responsibly.

According to current legislation, you have the right to be informed about how we process your personal data and in this privacy policy we describe how we collect and use your personal data.

Wyrdd Properties AB is responsible for the personal information that is collected and processed on this website. If you have any questions about how we handle your personal information, feel free to contact us at info@wyrdd.se.

What is a personal data and what is a processing of personal data?

Personal data is all data about an actual living person that can be directly or indirectly linked to that person. It is not only about names and social security numbers but also about e.g. photos and email addresses. This concerns collection, registration, structuring, storage, processing, and transfer. In some cases, manual registers may also be included.

What personal information do we collect about you and why?

We mainly process your name, telephone number and e-mail address. If you are only a visitor to the website, we do not collect any special information about you as a person.

However, if you register your interest in one of our apartments, we will process your name, telephone number, e-mail address and possibly the organization number.

If you sign a rental agreement online, we will process your name, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number and possibly the organization number. If you sign through a company, we also process public information about your company.

If you are already a tenant, we process your name, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number and possibly the organization number, depending on whether you rent through a company or not. This is required to establish valid agreements and have knowledge of our tenants.

Actors who are independently responsible for personal data

In some cases, your personal data needs to be shared with other actors who are independently responsible for personal data, e.g. The Swedish Tax Agency. We only share your information when we are required to do so by law or government decision. When your personal data is shared with an actor who is independently responsible for personal data, that organization’s privacy policy and personal data management apply.

How long do we store your personal information?

We never store your personal information longer than necessary for each purpose. Your personal information is thinned or anonymized when it is no longer relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.

Your rights

We have an obligation to process your personal data in a way that is correct, relevant and necessary with regard to the basic needs of our business.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with current legislation, which gives you the right to request correction and deletion of, as well as access to, your personal data. Below is a more detailed description of your rights regarding our processing of your personal data.

1. Right to register extraction
If we process your personal data, you have the right to request information about which personal data we store about you, how they are processed and for what purposes they are used, in a so-called register extract. A register extraction is free of charge. You also have the right to a copy of the personal data we store about you.

2. Right to rectification
In the event that we have incorrect personal information about you, you have the right to request a correction of this incorrect personal information. You also have the right to request supplementation of the personal data concerning you.

3. Right to erasure
You have the right to ask us to have your personal data deleted, the so-called “right to be forgotten”. At your request, we will delete your personal data if these are not deemed necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. Should we for any reason not have the opportunity or permission to delete your data immediately, we will inform you of the legal basis and purpose that justifies further processing of your data.

4. Right to restriction of processing
In some cases, you have the right to request a restriction on how your personal data is processed. This means that you can request that your personal data is only used for certain limited purposes. If you believe that your personal data is incorrect and have requested correction, you can request a restriction of processing while we investigate the validity of your data. When the restriction expires, we will inform you of this.

5. Right to object
In cases where personal data is processed in order for a task of general interest to be performed, as part of the exercise of authority or after a balance of interests, you have the right to object to the processing of the data. Provided that it is not possible to demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for further processing of the data, which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, we will end the processing.
You always have the right to object to your personal data being used for direct marketing purposes. In that case, send your request to info@wyrdd.se. After we receive your request, we will act as soon as possible to satisfy your request.
